Community Flyers with Peachjar
DIGITAL FLYER DELIVERY STARTS FEBRUARY 11, 2020
Exciting news! In an effort to provide increased access to programs and resources that improve the trajectory our students’ lives, Tomball ISD is preparing to launch Peachjar. This new platform will enable us to send important school and approved after school flyers to parents digitally, saving our schools time, money, and paper.
School-approved digital flyers will be sent to your email inbox where you can easily click to sign up for events and program
No action is required to begin receiving this communication from your school. You’ll receive a welcome email from Peachjar that includes a username and password. You don’t need to log in to receive or view school flyers, but you can log in to adjust your delivery preferences.
To ensure you don’t miss notifications, we suggest you add to your email contacts and click “always display images” when you receive your first email.

Peachjar charges a fee for businesses utilizing this service. Organizations may with Peachjar as a "Program Provider" and upload flyers for distribution to the desired school(s). After your flyer has been submitted, it will be routed automatically to the school district office for approval, then emailed as a visually engaging image to all parents who have their email address on file in the district.

The following guidelines must be met for flyers to be considered for digital distribution:
- All flyers MUST contain the following disclaimer: "This information is being distributed as a community service. Tomball Independent School District is not a sponsoring organization for this activity."
- The flyer must be for an activity for students.
- The group submitting must be identified by the IRS as a non-profit 501-C(3) organization via Peachjar portal.
- The material on the flyer must be age and/or developmentally appropriate for students.
- No fundraising flyers are allowed.
